Reserving a yacht or utilizing our Service signifies your acceptance of these Terms. Should you not concur with any section of the terms herein, you should refrain from using the Service.
2. Service Overview
SharedResourceCenter offers a variety of high-end yacht charter services that include, but are not limited to:
- Yacht hire for the day
- Evening sea voyages
- Business getaways
- Exclusive celebrations
- Extended yacht excursions
Availability and meteorological conditions may affect our service offerings. We maintain the discretion to alter or cease our services without prior notice.
3. Reservations and Booking
3.1 Process of Making a Reservation
In order to secure a charter, one is required to:
- Have attained the age of majority, which is 18 years
- Ensure all provided particulars are both accurate and comprehensive
- Remit the prescribed initial payment as indicated in the reservation acknowledgement
- Consent to the governance of these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Booking Confirmation
Confirmation of your reservation is contingent upon our successful processing of your payment coupled with the issuance of our written affirmation. We maintain the prerogative to decline services at our sole discretion.
3.3 Charter Availability
Charter trips are contingent upon the availability of the vessel and favorable meteorological conditions. Efforts to the best of our ability will be made to accommodate the dates and timings of your preference.
4. Terms of Payment
4.1 Cost Overview
The listed prices are in € and cover all relevant taxes unless mentioned otherwise. The prices can be modified without prior notification.
4.2 Schedule for Payments
- Initial Payment: 50% of the full price for the cruise is required at the time of reservation.
- Remaining Amount: To be paid 48 hours prior to the start of the cruise.
- Incidental Expenses: To be settled after the cruise is over, if applicable.
4.3 Accepted Payment Forms
We accept a variety of payment methods including major credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. For secure transactions, we use encrypted processing systems.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- If cancelled more than 72 hours before departure: You are entitled to a complete refund, excluding service charges
- Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours before departure: You will receive a refund of 50% of the total cost
- If cancelled less than 24 hours before departure: No refund will be issued
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should the weather be considered unsafe for travel by the captain, we are prepared to:
- Change your booking to the next available slot without any extra charges
- Issue a full refund if it's not possible to rebook
5.3 Mechanical Issues
In case there's a mechanical failure with the vessel you were due to use, we will endeavor to arrange a comparable replacement. If an alternative vessel is not available, we will issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
Every passenger is required to:
- Obey all directions given by the crew
- Use safety gear as needed
- Inform about any health issues that could impact their well-being
- Stay within assigned areas on the ship
6.2 Prohibited Items
Items not allowed on the ship include:
- Glass containers
- Banned substances
- Weapons or firearms
- Excessive amounts of alcohol (more than what is considered moderate consumption)
- Animals (unless permission has been granted beforehand)
6.3 Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully. Should a passenger's actions threaten safety or spoil the enjoyment of others, we have the authority to end the charter prematurely with no refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
The extent of our liability is restricted to the charges paid for your charter. We do not take responsibility for:
- Injuries to persons caused by their own carelessness
- The theft or destruction of personal belongings
- Incidental, resultant, or exemplary damages
- Delays due to climatic conditions or events outside our influence
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our company retains extensive marine insurance for our boats and operations. It is your duty to secure your own journey and private insurance.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
When you engage in our charter services, you accept that maritime activities have innate risks, and you agree to bear accountability for your own safety and risks.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Our prerogative is to alter travel plans, pathways, or timetables as required by atmospheric conditions, safety needs, or operational demands. We will strive to offer alternatives of similar quality.
9. Force Majeure
We shall bear no responsibility for hold-ups, trip cancellations, or changes stemming from factors out of our hands, which encompass but are not restricted to:
- Extreme weather scenarios
- Catastrophic events
- Governmental ordinances
- Harbor shutdowns
- Equipment malfunctions
10. Privacy and Data Protection
We manage your personal information according to our Privacy Policy. When you utilize our services, you agree to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
