What does a typical yacht rental include?
Our rentals come with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel for the journey, and select refreshments. Depending on the package such as a sunset trip, we include high-quality refreshments and light snacks, while business rentals come with meeting facilities and tailored catering services.
When should I reserve a yacht?
It's advisable to make your booking 2–3 weeks ahead of plan, longer during busy months (May–September). For professional gatherings or special festivities, aiming for a 4–6 weeks notice will secure better options and allow for more customization.
What is the policy for unfavorable weather conditions?
The safety of our guests is paramount. Should the captain determine that weather conditions are unsafe, we will propose an alternative date or guarantee a full return of your payment. Weather forecasts are monitored diligently, and you will be informed 24 hours before your scheduled departure if we anticipate adverse weather.
May I bring my own food and refreshments?
Certainly, feel free to bring personal food items and drinks aboard. We also provide exceptional catering services and can tailor the menu to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety reasons, glass is not allowed on the yacht.
Do you provide accommodation for guests with physical disabilities?
We are committed to hosting all guests comfortably. Some of our vessels are equipped with better facilities to assist those with mobility challenges. What is your policy on cancellations?
Cancellations processed 72 hours in advance of the departure time are fully refunded. Those made between 24–72 hours prior to departure will receive a refund of 50% of the payment. Any cancellations made within the 24-hour window will not be refunded, unless cancellations are caused by us due to weather or mechanical issues.
